Whether you are looking for long or short-term hire, Eurostar will provide full rental and maintenance contracts, insurance coverage and 24-hour roadside assistance.

Terms of payment
An estimated cost of the rental and insurance charges are paid in advance in addition to a refundable deposit through all major credit cards. The cost of petrol and refueling will be charged to the renter.

Minimum rental period is 24 hours. However, after a grace period of 2 hours an additional day/one day rent is applicable. Rates are quoted in UAE Dirhams and subject to change without any prior notice.

Corporate Account
Credit facility is available to local companies. Special rates are available for long lease contracts. The details will be provided upon request.

Accident/Damage
In the event of an accident, or when the car gets damaged when in a stationary position, the renter should not move the car and should inform the police and get the police report. Failing to produce the report, the renter will be liable for all the cost incurred as a result of damage and injury.

Driver's Age
All drivers must be at least 22 years old for compact, premium and other vehicles and 25 years old for luxury and sports vehicles.

Additional driver
Additional drivers are accepted subject to fulfillment of Eurostar conditions and are charged at Dhs. 30/- for each rental.

Driving license
UAE residents are required to have a valid UAE driving license that is at least one year old, and visitors coming to UAE are required to carry international driving license in addition to their valid national driving license. GCC nationals are required to have a valid GCC driving license that is at least one year old.

Insurance
Eurostar vehicles are comprehensively insured which includes third-party liability limited to Dhs. 500,000/- for property damage and in respect of death or body injury in accordance with the law of UAE. The renter is responsible for the first Dhs. 2,000/- of each and every accident. This responsibility can be Waived if the renter has purchased / accepted Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at the time of rental. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) to cover all passengers can also be obtained by paying surcharge as per standard tariff.

Geographical Limits
All cars should be driven with in the UAE and Insurance is not valid in case they are driven outside the UAE limits. The renter is not allowed to take the car outside the UAE (e.g. Oman, Saudi Arabia, etc) unless prior approval is taken and the renter agrees to pay an extra Insurance premium. Prices available upon request.

Delivery & Collection
Eurostar RAC provides free delivery and collection of vehicles during normal office hours, from 8 am to 8 pm (Saturday to Thursday) within the city limits and at airports. After office hours and on Friday / Public Holidays, an amount of Dhs. 50/- will be charged extra. Eurostar also provides an extra facility within inter emirates drop-off and pick-up with additional charge of Dhs. 100/- to facilitate its customers.

Chauffeur / Limousine Service
Chauffeurs are available at Dhs. 150/- for 8 hours and Dhs. 20/- for additional hours. Eurostar Chauffeurs are also available on Fridays and other Public Holiday on additional surcharges to cover their food and accommodation.

Suggestions / Remarks

• The use of seatbelts is compulsory for the driver and the front seat passenger in UAE.
• Eurostar vehicles are strictly prohibited for use outside the geographic boundaries of UAE (Use is allowed only to certain GCC countries on prior arrangement and provided full insurance coverage for foreign countries is paid for).
• The terms & conditions can only be used as general guidelines, and may be different from those printed on the rental agreement.
