The EuroStar Rent-A-Car UAE website www.eurostarrental.com allows you to cancel a prepaid reservation online through their ‘Cancel’ reservation page or call their customer support at 600 587004 (Abu Dhabi) or 600 587005 (Dubai). 

 

EuroStar will provide a full refund of the prepaid reservation if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the pick-up date and time. If the booking is canceled on the same day the reservation is made, no cancellation fee will be applied. If you cancel the booking up to 3 days before collection, and administrative cost will be deducted from the full refund + payment processing charges as applicable. 

 

If you cancel the booking within 3 days before the rental date as shown in your booking confirmation, fixed compensation will be charged, which is the average 3-day rental amount. If the booking is a short-term car rental or less than 3 days , the reservation’s full amount will be kept. 

 

Suppose the cancellation is due to the unavailability or non-conformance of proper documents, credit card copy, security deposit via credit card, or any other requirements needed by EuroStar. In that case, a cancellation charge will be applicable. 

 

If a client fails to show up for a prepaid booking that has not been canceled prior to the pick-up date or fails to communicate with us in 12 hours about any changes or fails to comply with the terms and requirements upon pick-up, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Or apply a “no-show” charge as a full rental amount. 

 

A refund will not be applied to early returns. For late returns, 50% of the rental cost will be charged. It will compensate for the costs incurred in finding an alternative vehicle to satisfy the next booking. 

 

All refund requests will need a pre-approval from EuroStar. For us to process a claim, you should send an email to info@eurostarrental.com and attach all the details required (i.e., personal information, booking confirmation, identity verification). 

 

Once approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment mode under the person who made the reservation. Processing will take up to 14 days after the booking date.
